Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Limited editions, exclusive items.

Return process: To initiate the return process, please contact us at sales@setupslides.co.uk. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions and forms. Please make sure you have the following ready:

•             The original packaging and any accessories that came with the item

•             Any documentation (such as manuals, receipts, or warranties)

•             The reason for the return

Once you have the necessary information, please pack the item securely, label it with our return address, and ship it back to us. Please note that you may have to pay for the return shipping, depending on our policy.

Wait for the return process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the return. This may take several days to a few weeks, depending on the volume of returns and the nature of the item. We will keep you informed of the progress via email or phone.

Refunds: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund in the form of the original payment (such as credit card or PayPal), store credit, or a replacement item. Please note that if you choose store credit, you may be eligible for a bonus amount. If you choose a replacement item, we will ship it to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Restocking fees: Please note that we may charge a restocking fee for processing a return. This fee covers our costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The fee may vary depending on the type of item and the reason for the return.

Late or missing refunds
